Ingredients: Thyme, Spearmint, Cumin Seed, Basil, Oregano, Marjoram, Dill weed, and bay leaves.

Excellent addition for Turkish Flat breads with crumbled feta, Try this recipe:

For the dough:
3 Cups flour
1 packet of dried yeast
1 tsp of salt
1/2 cup lukewarm milk
3/4 cup lukewarm water
1/3 cup
Olive Oil

For the topping:
7 oz Feta cheese
2 Tbsp
Aleppo Pepper
2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
2 tsp
Cumin Powder
3 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
2 Tbsp Turkish Herbs (may substitute
Zahtar)
2 Tbsp
Olive Oil

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Prepare topping first. Combine the cheese, aleppo, tomato paste, spices, and olive oil. Knead with your hands to blend them well enough to form a smooth paste. Set aside.

For the dough, combine the flour, yeast and salt in a large bowl. Stir in the warm milk, water and olive oil and knead for three minutes to form a soft dough. If it gets sticky, add more olive oil.

Grease baking tray with olive oil and spread the dough as a thin flat bread base, reaching all edges. Spread topping evenly over the flat bread. Leave it in a warm spot to rise for at least 30 minutes. Once risen, bake in oven for 18 to 20 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes.

Serve with tea.
