Ingredients:
2 Tbsp Coffee (fine ground)
1/2 tsp Turkish Coffee Spice or Moroccan Coffee Spice
Sugar to taste
8 oz cold water
small decanter (ibrik)

Preparation:
Add coffee, spice, sugar and just enough water to mix. Stir together. Add remaining water.
Place ibrik on low flame. Do NOT boil coffee. Wait for it to foam. Remove from flame. Stir once.
Repeat foaming process one or two times (the more times you repeat, the stronger the coffee).
Pour coffee into a demitasse (small coffee cup). Let coffee settle for a minute or two. Enjoy!

NOTE: You can use a French Press for a simple version (see video). When using a french press, use medium ground coffee.
