Mhadjeb Ragheef is stuffed pastry made with semolina and is typically filled with onions and tomatoes. This video includes a vegetarian version, but you can also add a pound of browned ground beef or lamb with one to two teaspoons of Lahma Tagine spice. It pairs well with Harissa Paste to add a little spicy kick. Mhadjeb Ragheef often accompanies Harrira Soup or a salad to make a complete meal.
