Cous Cous is the traditional meal of Morocco. Do not confuse the dish with the semolina grain (of the same name). The dish is usually prepared with at least seven different vegetables, which is believed to bring good luck. Our mix is a blend of spices used in recipes from the Rabat region of Morocco. Use at least a tablespoon or two to any Chicken, Lamb or Vegetable Cous Cous recipe. We have one version in our recipe section (Z Spicy Couscous recipe).
