Couscous Plater -Ghasaa

Known to Moroccans as "Ghasaa", this heavy duty terracotta plater is traditionaly used to serve the Authentic Moroccan CousCous Dish during special occasions.
Ghasaa is also used as an oven dish to keep the food warm.
It is oven safe at high temperature but like any terracotta dish it can not be used on a stove top.
Hand washing you Ghasaa is recommended.
