Jamaican Jerk Marinade

1 Medium Onion, finely chopped
1/2 Cup Scallions, finely chopped
3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon White Vinegar
2 Teaspoons Brown Sugar
4 - 5 Tablespoons Jamaican Jerk Seasoning

Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Marinade your favorite meat, poultry or vegetables overnight.
