Put all ingredients except the yogurt and oil, into a food processor or blender and process until the mixture binds together. Spoon into a bowl and leave to marinate for 1 hour. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions with lightly floured hands and mould into sausage shapes, thread onto skewers and chill. Brush the kebabs lightly with the yogurt and oil, and cook under a hot grill for 8-10 mins, turning occasionally, until brown all over.
