Ingredients:
6 carrots, peeled and grated
3 TBS fresh orange juice
1 TBS fresh lemon juice
salt (to taste)
1/4 tsp Vietnamese Extra Fancy Cinnamon powder
1 tsp minced flat leaf parsley
1 tsp Orange Blossom Water
1/3 cup raisins
Preparation:
Peel and slice carrots diagonally into two or three pieces. Add the remaining ingredients. Stir well to combine. Cover and refrigerate until time to serve.
