Preserved Lemon

Moroccan Preserved Lemon:
Unlike other preserved lemon, Zamouri Preserved Lemon is made using Moroccan pickling spices, Olive Oil, sea salt and 100% fresh lemon juice. A recipe used only in South Morocco.

Each Jar contains at least 1&1/2 Med/Large Moroccan Lemons- in Morocco called "Lemon with the nipple". The lemons are preserved quartered or halfed to fit in the Jar.

Zamouri Lemons are all natural and organically grown.
