Pudding Spice (British)

This blend is used typically by the British in a variety of pudding, fruit cake and gingerbread. Only a small mixture is made (grinded) upon request for it looses its rich aroma if not used rightaway.
Ingredients: Allspice berries, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, ginger.
