Zamouri Spices strives to provide excellent products to our customers. We strongly believe in our product quality. However, in the event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please do the following:

Zamouri Spices accepts returns on unopened food -containers- products within SEVEN DAYS of receipt.

Returns on non-food items are accepted within FOURTEEN DAYS of receipt.

Please call 913-829-5988 or email us at info@zamourispices.com for a Return Authorization number. Refunds will not be honored without this number.

CERAMIC TAGINES, TANGIAS, & BRAZIERS (MAJMARS) MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING. We have special packaging to prevent breakage that exceeds UPS Standards and we require you to use this to prevent further loss in shipping.

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
