Rosebud Petals

Although rosebuds are often not thought of as a common flavoring ingredient, there are many culinary uses for them throughout the world.

In India, dried rose petals are used in Kormas. Turkish and Middle Eastern pastries and other savory dishes call for rose petals. Iranian cooking uses rosebuds in their rice dishes.
