Sambhar Powder

Sambhar Powder is used in south Indian cooking to flavor legumes, vegetable dishes, sauces and soups. It is usually served for breakfast with Idlis, Dosas, & Rice. The dal in the blend serve as a thickening agent and provide a lovely nutty taste.
