3 cups of ice water
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon mint leave paste
2 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon kala namak (black salt)
pinch of sugar
½ teaspoon amchur (mango) powder
½ teaspoon cilantro (coriander) paste (optional)
Mix well and served chilled with ice. Garnish with mint leaves.
