Zahtar Spice Blend
(Also known as Za'atar or Zatar)
Our Zahtar is an aromatic herb and spice mixture of thyme, sesame seeds and sumac used in the Middle East, especially Turkey, Jordan and North Africa. It is used on meats and vegetables, and is also mixed with olive oil to make a spread or dip. Zahtar has a unique zesty/herby flavor.
