Zhug is Fairly spicy Yemenite condiment, good for soups, stews, or spread on toast. Also very nice stirred into chicken soup when you have a bad sinus cold. You can also mix the Zhug paste with equal amount of sour cream for a dip.
Grind and blend the following to a paste:
2-3 tsp of Zhug Spice Mix
1 whole head garlic (peel cloves first)
a good bunch of coriander -Cilantro leaves (remove stems)
salt
