Description

Not ready to make the commitment to purchase the full-bodied flavor of Moroccan Ras el Hanout? La Kama Tagine spice is sometimes referred to as a mild form of Ras el Hanout. It is more commonly found in the spice booths of Tangiers. It is excellent in chicken dishes as well as sprinkled over eggs. La Kama also gives soups and stews as well as traditional Harrira soup a homey and aromatic fragrance and flavor.

Zamouri Spices uses the same ingredients that our family back in Morocco has sold for centuries in the souks (outdoor markets). If you are looking for authentic flavor and tradition, look no further! We don't skimp with old spices and we don't tame the flavor with cheap imitation recipes. If you are looking for impact with your recipes, Zamouri Spices is your trusted company.

Ingredients: black pepper, cilantro, cinnamon, coriander, cumin, ginger, mustard, nutmeg, salt, turmeric

I make a paste of this with some oil, garlic and ginger and Slater it on boneless skin on chicken breast. Marinate 12,hrs and bake in the oven with a little water after browning the skin.
