How to Use Kefta Spice

Mix Kefta Spice into ground beef, lamb, chicken or turkey, then shape into meatballs, patties or kebabs. Grill, pan-cook or simmer in tomato sauce.

For skewers, keep the mixture cold and press it firmly around the skewer. If it feels soft, chill it for 15–30 minutes before shaping.
