Fill the brazier with natural wood charcoal and allow the coals to burn down until glowing red. Place your tagine on top and let your meal slowly simmer, just as tagines have traditionally been cooked in Morocco.

Cooking over charcoal provides gentle, indirect heat and helps protect your tagine from the concentrated heat of a stovetop burner.

Sizing: Fits Medium and larger tagines. Small tagines will not fit this brazier.
