How to Use Lebanese Seven Spice

Use it to season kafta, kibbeh, lamb, beef, chicken, rice, lentils and roasted vegetables. It is especially good mixed directly into ground meat before grilling or roasting, where the spices become wonderfully aromatic without overpowering the dish.
