This quick and easy recipe is excellent for your family barbeque. Exotic tasting spices give this burger a Moroccan flair to this succulent and healthy hamburger recipe. Serve the burgers with the cool, savory yogurt sauce and slices of ripe tomato, lettuce and sharp red onion. For a different idea, use flat or pita bread instead of a standard hamburger bun.
1 lb ground beef
1 onion finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 TBSP Kefta spice
1 tsp Harissa Paste
small bunch of cilantro and parsley - finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together and form into patties. Heat on the grill as usual."
