Fish tagines of coastal Morocco and the Mediterranean are often made with whole fish or large chunks of fleshy fish such as Cod. They first marinate in the classic charmoula marinade. To prepare Charmoula fish marinade you'll need: 1 cup of fresh cilantro, 1 cup of fresh parsley, 3-4 cloves of fresh garlic, 2-3 Tbsp of olive oil, 1 & 1/2 Tbsp of Charmoula Spice Blend. Then mix all ingredients in a food processor to a paste (Charmoula marinade).
Ingredients: Black Pepper, Cayenne, Coriander, Cumin, Paprika and Turmeric
