Season lamb, beef or chicken before grilling or broiling, or mix the seasoning directly into ground meat for Moroccan-style kebabs, burgers or meatballs. It is also excellent on roasted vegetables and grilled potatoes.
Starting point: Use approximately 1 tablespoon per pound of meat, then adjust to taste.
